Their staff was extremely helpful and tender to every need. The rooms are also cleaned every day, unlike most where the rooms are cleaned once a week or by request. They have everything there at your finger tips, whether it's a pharmacy, food, or laundry. This is the place to be if you are in Phuket!

Comfortable room with nice balcony, not the best view but lovely to have for morning coffee Infinity pool was a great addition being in town setting Staff very helpful with organising taxi etc, always smiling. Breakfast was good Local park mins walk and Old Town easy 20 /25 min walk, which is a 'must' . Songthaew to various beaches can be taken from this area. O Ho Farm cafe mins walk away is a 'must' too... coffee and food excellent

Pros: The staff were so lovely and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast had a good choice of buffet as well as continental with fresh fruit. Shower pressure was great. Room facilities were good (kettle/fridge/coffee/toiletries) air conditioning worked. Rooftop pool was well maintained and great views. Gym was well equipped. Peaceful location. Con’s: Internet slow, pillows were hard. Limited seating space around the pool. No air conditioning in the gym just one small fan that worked. Amenities not in walking distance - we had to use Grab to get to different places but they didn’t cost much at all. Overall I would highly recommend.

The roof top pool, was amazing, I was staying in another hotel which didn't have one so transferred, the area wasn't as good but as it was only for 2 nights it didn't matter so much, they also have a brilliant gym. Staff were very helpful. The room had a good view and a little balcony with seating area.

The property is clean, the room is a quite spacious for a family. The breakfast is provided so you don’t need to worry. The staff is informative about the place.

We enjoyed the room and pool. The facilities in general on site were great! Breakfast was great for it being included in the room. The room was clean and the bed was fine for sleep only 2 pillows again, at EXTRA cost there are more available. The kitchen was a huge plus to us originally. They provide plates, bowls, cups, mugs, hot plate, kettle, cooking pot and utensils The bathroom was clean. And spacious. The entry way was great! The balcony was nice to enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen was clean. Black out curtains were great!

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the towie and linen were good, fresh bottles of water every day, breakfast was good.

The breakfast was great, reception etc. so easy to find. It was near places to see and the big park, lots of places to eat, we were not very adventurous with eating at the street food restaurants otherwise there’s even more food options, the weekend night market is a must visit. Reception booked a taxi to take us to the Big Buddha and other sites we had him for 4 hours £30 bargain

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The swimming pool is small but good enough to cope with the heat. The lady who I checked in with was very helpful and kind and she helped me fix the aircon in my room immediately after telling her it wasn’t working.

From the moment I arrived till the following I was fully satisfied with everything especially my room and the staff. The receptionist, Boo was totally first class. She clearly demonstrated sincere care and attention with whatever wss requested from me. Wake up call exactly on time, not automated. Deposit refunded on check out. Informed me that my taxi had arrived. Always smiling and looking cheerful. Her colleague spoke and understood English. Really good restaurants nearby. I went to an excellent restaurant on the same side as the large SCB Bank. Spacious room with a balcony very good open view. Top notch bed. TV has 50 channels with a good selection of English programmes. Good breakfast a mixture of Western and Thai foods on a Buffet style.
